Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we value every valued customer. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we are happy to offer a return or exchange service. You will receive a full refund minus shipping if all stock hair systems that are uncolored, uncut, and have not been used in any way within 30 days after purchase.

Note: Customized and minimally customized products are non-refundable.

1. What are lightly customized products?

For example, if the stock is an 8*10-inch base, and before shipping, it is cut to 7*9 inches according to your requirements, or if hair length is trimmed, these are all examples of lightly customized products.

2. Do I need to pay for shipping?

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, as well as the customs duties incurred at the time of purchase and return

3. Can I cancel the order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. We will determine if the order has been modified according to your requirements, such as trimming. If modifications have been made, cancellation is not possible. If no modifications have been made, cancellation is possible.

Regarding custom orders, we need to discuss all details before payment. Once payment is successful, production has begun, and cancellation is not possible. Therefore, please carefully review all order details before ordering.

4. The hair color is different.

Because everyone’s electronic devices are different, the visual effect of colors will vary. We do not accept returns due to color differences. If you are unsure which color suits you, please purchase a color ring first.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
